Cleaning tips
1. Daily auto cleaning
For easy cleaning after each use of your Thermomix, pour some water in the bowl, add a few drops of cleansing agent and press the turbo button several times.2. Auto cleaning with egg shells
To remove, for example, leftover dough glued on the walls of the bowl, follow the same procedure as the No. 1, by adding an egg shell.3. Anti-limestone treatment
Depending on the region where you live, the water may contain more or less limestone. As with any other machine that is in contact with water, (coffee maker, washing machine, and dishwasher), limestone can leave whitish spots. To remove them, simply cover the traces of limestone with white wine vinegar and let stand until dissolution of the spots. 1. Place the ingredients in the Varoma according to their cooking time: for example: vegetables in the Varoma receptacle and fish on the Varoma tray. Progressive start-up
To avoid splashes of hot ingredients out of the bowl when cooking the purée, the Thermomix engineers have invented a progressive start-up (TM21 and TM31). As soon as the temperature sensor identifies that the ingredients in the bowl reach a temperature of 60 ° C, the acceleration of the knife is automatically delayed.Warning: If you pour in the bowl hot ingredients which have not been cooked in the Thermomix, this security function does not apply, except if you wait for the display panel to indicate the residual temperature 60 ° C (TM31 only).
Vegetables and fruits
